Right of Withdrawal

For purchases made through our online store, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of product delivery.

To validly exercise this right, you must notify our store within the above-mentioned period.

The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, unused and uninstalled, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all related documentation.

Return Conditions

Before any use or installation, we recommend inspecting the product to ensure it is suitable for its intended application.

To be eligible for return, the product must:

  • not have been used or installed,
  • be in perfect condition,
  • be returned with its original packaging and all accompanying accessories,
  • be accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase.

Otherwise, the store reserves the right to refuse the return.

Return Exceptions

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • products that have been used or installed,
  • products that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of wear,
  • products specially ordered for the customer or products that are not standard stock items,
  • sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed,
  • toilet seats and related sanitary products if the packaging has been opened or the products have been tested.

Incorrect or Defective Product

If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, or if a manufacturing defect is identified, please contact us immediately before any use or installation.

Following an inspection, we will proceed with a repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution, depending on the circumstances.

Return Shipping Costs

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer shall bear the cost of returning the goods.

If the product received is incorrect or defective, the return shipping costs will be covered by the store.

Returns Procedure

Prior to any return, the customer must contact our store and obtain instructions regarding the return procedure.

The return of products is carried out subject to prior agreement and approval by our store. Where applicable, any refund will be completed after the returned product has been inspected and verified.
