Bank Transfer
You can pay for your order via bank transfer.
Order processing begins once payment has been confirmed.
If the bank transfer is not completed within a reasonable period of time, the order may be cancelled.
When making the transfer, please include your order number as the payment reference.
Payment confirmation may take 1–2 business days, depending on the bank.

Advance Payment for Special Orders
For products ordered on demand, items that are not part of our regular stock, or products sourced from abroad, an advance payment may be required.
In such cases, an advance payment of 20% of the total order value is required in order to proceed with the reservation and procurement of the product.
The order is considered confirmed and will proceed only after the advance payment has been received.

Refunds
