Introduction
At KEFALAS & CO. E.E., our goal is to provide prompt and reliable service for every order. If you need to cancel an order, the following terms and conditions apply.
Cancellation Before Shipment
An order may be cancelled without charge, provided it has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage.
If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
Cancellation Restrictions
Order cancellation is not possible in the following cases:
- when the order has already entered the processing or preparation stage,
- when the product has already been shipped,
- when the product has been specially ordered from a supplier following order confirmation,
- for products that are not standard stock items or are specially ordered for the customer.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the process is governed by the
Return Policy.
Cancellation Procedure
To cancel your order, please contact our store as soon as possible and provide your order number.
Requests are reviewed based on the stage of order processing at the time of contact.
